Provide leadership and direction to the booster club, overseeing all activities and initiatives.
Preside over meetings, setting agendas, and ensuring effective communication among members.
Act as the primary liaison between the booster club, school administration, coaching staff, and community.
Coordinate with other officers to develop strategies and goals for the club.
Represent the booster club at school events, community functions, and fundraising activities.
Serve as a spokesperson for the booster club, promoting its mission and values.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing booster club operations.

TIM FREEMAN

Assist the President in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities and assume leadership in their absence.
Collaborate with the President and other officers to develop and implement strategies for achieving the booster club's goals and objectives.
Chair or serve on committees as appointed by the President, providing guidance and support to ensure their effectiveness.
Support the President in representing the booster club at school events, community functions, and fundraising activities.
Assist with the recruitment and retention of booster club members, engaging with parents, alumni, and other stakeholders to foster involvement and support.
Contribute to the planning and execution of events, fundraisers, and other activities, leveraging skills and resources to maximize their success.
Collaborate with the Treasurer to oversee financial matters, including budgeting, fundraising, and financial reporting.

Sheryl Ackers

Maintain accurate records of booster club meetings, including minutes, attendance, and decisions made.
Manage all official correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the booster club.
Assist the president in preparing meeting agendas and distributing materials to members.
Maintain an up-to-date roster of booster club members, including contact information.
Assist with the organization of events, fundraisers, and other activities as needed.
Provide administrative support to other officers and committees within the booster club.
Serve as a liaison between the Head Coach, Booster Club President and Team. Manage Grade Level Coordinators.

DeShaun Holden

Manage the financial affairs of the booster club, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records of all income and expenses, including receipts and invoices.
Prepare financial reports for booster club meetings and provide regular updates to members.
Develop and monitor the annual budget in coordination with other officers and committees.
Coordinate fundraising efforts and ensure proper handling of funds collected.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines governing nonprofit organizations.
Work with auditors or financial advisors as needed to review financial records and ensure transparency.

Tess Latimer

Lead and oversee the activities of a designated committee, ensuring goals align with the Booster Club’s mission.
Recruit and coordinate volunteers to support committee initiatives and events.
Communicate regularly with the Booster Club Board and provide updates on committee progress.
Manage committee budgets and ensure proper allocation of resources.
Organize meetings, delegate tasks, and track progress to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Work closely with coaches, school administration, and other stakeholders to fulfill committee objectives.
Uphold the Booster Club’s values and serve as a key representative of the organization within the community.

Brandy Tyler
